The artist

Born in 1950. Painting in Malmö.

Monica Cohn blends modern and impressionistic styles, drawing inspiration from her surroundings and her memories.

Summers in France and Italy, the Louvre and the Uffizi, and an art-loving mother shaped her eye from the start.

Read her story

“I don’t see symmetry or perspective as a necessary feature to paint the perfect picture, instead I see creativity and imagination.”
